History
In 2009, a group of young men from Riverfield Little League went to the Little League State tournament. The players and parents of that team wanted these boys to continue to play together. The Indiana Magic Baseball organization was founded in March of 2010 by a group of people that wanted to offer quality travel baseball at an affordable price while allowing these boys to continue to play baseball together. Mike Stevens and Adam Savage served as the team's first board members while Scott Reed was the team's first coach.

In 2011, the Indiana Magic hired a new coach, Carlos Leyva for the 14U team at that time. The Magic also added a second team that was overseen and coached by Scott Vermillion who merged kids from Riverfield and Yorktown Little Leagues into a 13U travel team. This year saw the formation of the current logos and color combinations the team now wears thanks to the designs that Carlos brought to the team.

By 2012 the Magic had grown to 3 full time teams and a part time 12U team. Each year the organization has grown to where we are today in 2014 with 5 full time teams from ages 12-16 and we eventually plan to grow to 7 teams from ages 12-18.

Our teams are extremely competitive and well coached while competing at both the AA and AAA/Elite level . The Indiana Magic name is gaining popularity and notoriety in Central Indiana and beyond. In 2011 one of our teams finished as the state runner up in the BPA Super State Tournament. In 2012 another Magic team finished 3rd in the USSSA World Series in St Louis. In 2013 a Magic team finished runner up in Grand Slam World Series in Panama City Beach Florida and in 2014, another team became the Champions of the Slumpbuster Silver Division tournament in Omaha Nebraska.

Our teams compete in local tournaments in Indiana and have amassed numerous championships and runner up finishes.

We are quite proud of the foundation that we have built and we are even more excited about what the future holds for the Indiana Magic.
